Telford Priory School is a vibrant and forward-thinking academy for students from 11 – 16 years of age, located in Telford. As the new Principal, I bought into the vision and ambition that the Learning Community Trust outlined. Both the LCT and of course, myself, have the highest of ambitions for the academy and want to build on the solid foundations laid over recent years. The Trust is providing a platform for change by investing significant finances into the remodelling of the building and to expand the staffing body in order to push TPS to be the best secondary school in the area.
As part of this drive, the trust is determined to make TPS the very heart of its community. We are looking for the new Deputy Headteacher to drive whole school standards. The key element of that role will be to ensure that the school environment supports teachers in delivering outstanding lessons that lead to the success of our students.

This determination to provide the best for our young people will be driven by all, however, the new Deputy who will lead a large team of talented and passionate staff to ensure that the culture is in place for every child, regardless of barriers, to leave their academy having achieved their full potential.
