New report from Ofsted

We are incredibly proud of all of our staff and students and the strides forward we as a school have made since the June inspection in 2018 despite significant turbulence.

March 2022 Visit – a message from the Headteacher, Ms Stacey Jordan

Despite the incredible challenges we have faced over the last two years, OFSTED has recognised the progress that we have made as a school and so many of our targets from the previous inspection in 2018 have now been addressed.

I am so proud of so much of this report: our staff and students have been on an incredible journey. In spite of COVID challenges, sporadic attendance, bubble closures, staffing shortages, cover and the lack of routines this ultimately leads to, we are still on that upward trajectory of improvement. OFSTED recognise the wonderful opportunities which our school provides and the positive relationships within our school.

All of the recommendations in the report are already underway as part of our recovery plans following COVID.

The Telford Priory school is our school and we are so proud of how far we have come.
